About the Programming Chair

Alyson Huth, Sponsorship & Events Manager, The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh

 

Alyson Huth is a young professional in Pittsburgh who has a passion for events and travel. Alyson currently works at the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh as their Sponsorship & Events Manager, while also spending her time as an Event Coordinator at Hello Productions where she enjoys planning weddings for couples throughout the Pittsburgh region.

Previously, Alyson worked at TrailBlaze Creative as a Brand Curator where she aided nonprofits and mission-driven organizations in building the best brand and user experiences. Through this role, Alyson’s passion for event and wedding planning led her to create the award-winning EP Voices Campaign and Celebration of EP Voices to raise funds for the East Palestine Community following the 2023 train derailment. In addition to planning for her jobs, she also serves on the PRSA Pittsburgh Board of Directors, serving as the Renaissance Awards Co-Chair to plan the 2024 Renaissance Awards and currently serving as the 2024 Programming Chair.

Alyson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duquesne University where she earned degrees in Public Relations and French with a certification in Business Administration. While there, she served as President of Duquesne’s Chapter of PRSSA for 2 years where she has had the opportunity to plan, organize, and co-host two District Conferences as well as oversee all social media and events for the organization.

When she’s not busy working or planning weddings, you can find Alyson traveling, spending time with friends and family, embracing her identity as a Francophile, or planning her next adventure.
