The storylines of recent American politics seem like they should have been pulled out of a television script rather than our newspaper…er, news feed. It’s all led to PR firm Edelman describing a “global implosion in trust.” And while this may have become our reality, the most appropriate tag line for our lives lately may be ripped from The X-Files: “Trust No One”.
