The Friends of the Bantam Jeep Association is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detailed person to assist with event planning for the annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival in June and Bantam TrailFest in October. The June event is one of the largest Jeep-only events in the nation, attracting more than 3,000 Jeeps from 30+ states.

Responsibilities include event planning and logistics, customer service, registration reporting, signage management, managing merchandise inventory and fulfillment, and volunteer support. Media relations and graphic design experience is a plus. Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office software is required. InDesign experience is a bonus.

This position is for a part-time contractor who will work one day per week in February and March, three days per week in April, full time in May and June and 1 day per week in late September/early October. Two weekends in June are also required. The successful candidate must be able to work in the Association’s Butler office as well as Cooper’s Lake Campground near Slippery Rock immediately prior to the event in June. A contract for this position has the potential to be renewed annually.
