In this role, you’ll:
-Thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment
-Self-motivate and work independently to keep project timelines on track and on budget
-Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when faced with a challenge
-Provide strategic thinking and guidance that transcends the business goals of our clients
-Tirelessly seek to understand user needs and uncover opportunities to improve the user experience
-Ability to strategize and develop wireframes and translate into a functional site
-Create webpages using WordPress and other related platforms and troubleshoot existing sites on an as needed basis
-Ability to explain technical details to people who don’t speak your language
-Gain consensus when differing viewpoints are presented
-Always be mindful of and share emerging trends
The skills you need:
-Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia arts, web development or relevant field
-Minimum 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
-Experience in WordPress and proficiency in other web development platforms
-In-depth understanding of the changing digital landscape
-Web development capabilities
-Experience with print collateral development and production
-Excellent organizational and time management skills with superb attention to detail
-Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting work
