The Friends of the Bantam Jeep Association (FBJA) non-profit organization (producers of the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival and Bantam TrailFest) is seeking an integrated marketing/event planning extraordinaire! The successful candidate will be planning and executing many aspects of our festivals including activity and attraction coordination, recruiting and coordinating volunteer groups, and many event logistics. Integrated marketing communications experience is required including excellent writing skills, graphic design, email marketing, social media, web design, media relations, etc.
This is a year-round contracted position with flexible hours each week. Peak times are March–June and September-October. Must be able to attend evening meetings on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month in Butler, Pa. and work out of our Butler, Pa. office during peak times and other dates as needed. Must be available on the weekends during our two events held the second weekend in June and second weekend in October.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Knowledge of Google Drive and Asana project management software is helpful.
