Pittsburgh’s Biggest Night in Public Relations is Going Virtual January 28

Call for entries for the upcoming 2021 Renaissance Awards are now open!

Each year, the Renaissance Awards honor local organizations, agencies and businesses as well as communicators for their innovative work across all aspects of public relations and marketing communications. 2020 has required communications professionals to be at their best, and we want to highlight all of the hard work and creativity you and your teams have spent countless hours working on. Showcase your work at the PRSA Pittsburgh Renaissance Awards!

Public relations, marketing and communications professionals in the Pittsburgh area are invited to submit their most innovative and creative projects/programs for our annual Renaissance Awards.

The Renaissance Awards are open to anyone—from agencies to non-profits, as well as non-PRSA members. If the work took place in our region, we want to recognize your efforts!

Stay tuned for more information and details about this year’s virtual Renaissance Awards event.

PRSA Pittsburgh Renaissance Awards Submission Process

  • How To Enter

We’ve streamlined our entry process to make it easier for you to make your submission! You will continue to email your submission material to renaissance@prsa-pgh.org, but will complete your entry form right on the PRSA Pittsburgh website. We hope this new process will eliminate the amount of documents you have to manage and simplify the process for everyone. See the Category List and Entry Form below.

    1. From the list below, complete one entry form. You may submit the same program/project for more than one category, but each must have its own entry.
    2. Send a 1-2 page summary document of your program to renaissance@prsa-pgh.org describing how your entry fulfills the judging criteria (see “Judging and Criteria” below). Include the title of the program and the budget at the top of the summary.
    3. Along with your summary document, provide 1-5 campaign assets that best represent the campaign or tactic. Incorporate media coverage, reports, letters, photos and sample materials used in the program.
    4. Enter your submission material to renaissance@prsa-pgh.org. You will receive a confirmation of received assets within 48 hours.
    5. Submit payments at the bottom of this page under “Payments”
