PRSA Pittsburgh Annual PR Summit Goes Digital

Hard Conversations About Diversity & Inclusion

We’re initiating the conversations that have been avoided for far too long.

This year, PR Summit is going digital, with weekly presentations in October featuring topics in recognition of Global Diversity Awareness Month. Every Wednesday, PRSA Pittsburgh will host one or two sessions facilitating hard conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the PR industry. Each presentation will include time for Q&As, so that attendees can participate in these critical discussions.

What is PRSA PGH’s PR Summit?

PR Summit is an annual conference, and the largest professional development event, hosted by PRSA Pittsburgh and geared toward professionals and students in the field. It’s an opportunity for individuals to learn more about how trends in the industry are influencing the work and experts in the Pittsburgh area.

Why Should You Attend PR Summit?

As members of PRSA Pittsburgh, we understand that there is a lot of work to be done when it comes to racial equality in our fair city and in western Pennsylvania. As an organization, we want to be welcoming, encouraging and help drive change. The best way to be an ally is to stay educated, connected and informed – that’s why this year’s PR Summit includes multiple D&I-focused sessions that span subjects from race and equality to LGBTQ+ and disability support throughout the entire month of October.
