Jocelyn is a public relations professional looking to make an impact through writing and design. In her role as the communications coordinator at Light of Life Rescue Mission, she develops external written content including copy for the organization’s newsletters, emails, social media and website.

In her previous role as the communication and membership associate at the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, she planned and executed social media and e-marketing efforts, and managed relationships with the Arts Council’s members. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University in December 2022, where she dual majored in communication with an emphasis in public relations and nonprofit management.

Apart from work, Jocelyn enjoys spending her time outdoors with her family and friends. Whether it be reading on a beach, going on kayak trips or hiking, there is always another adventure she is up for.
