About the Young Professionals Chair

Stacy Skiavo, Account Supervisor, Corporate Affairs, Burson

Stacy Skiavo is a creative communications professional that holds expertise in social media, public relations, marketing and journalism. At Burson she assists with project management, new business presentations, social media coordination, strategic planning and media relations.​

She enjoys volunteering for local pro-bono work that supports her community, including the Polar Bear Plunge and UNcathlon for the Special Olympics.

In her previous roles, Stacy has managed and grown several social media accounts, planned fundraising events for nonprofits, provided exceptional client management, developed dynamic communication plans and has garnered strong relationships with the media to tell stories about her clients. ​

Over the years, her byline can be seen in several local publications about community members, restaurants, culture and events. Stacy has earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Mercyhurst University.

In her spare time, you can find Stacy exploring the latest food spot, rocking out at a concert or rooting for the Buccos!
